Complete Meal in Seconds

Complete meal in seconds is what we’re talking about.  You know what it’s like when you’re looking for something to eat and you can’t find anything?  On top of that, there isn’t much time to cook or even to prepare something quickly.  So what do you do?  What if you’re looking for something clean, something healthy and you want it to fill you up so you aren’t hungry in a few minutes.

As a fitness specialist I’m just like everyone else.  That prepared food runs out eventually so you have to take the time to prepare once again.  No matter how much you prepare, everyone has those moments where there isn’t much food around.  You didn’t make time to go to the grocery store and if you did, you still haven’t made time to prepare it.

I open up the fridge and there’s Complete Truth staring me in the face but this time it’s a little different.  This time it’s sweetened with stevia so it’s more enjoyable in a shake rather than a smoothie.  There’s also Maca in it to give me an all-natural boost of sustainable energy.  All I did was grab a shaker cup, threw in a serving (3tbsp) of Complete Truth Protein, shook it up with almond milk and there it was, a quick and easy meal that I could take with me and go.

This was a perfect complete meal that was quick, easy and healthy; which in all aspects is hard to find especially when there’s no food in the house.  With 160 grams of clean calories we have a good source of quality protein, fiber and slow digesting carbohydrates which is everything I look for in a meal.  Course I had to experiment a bit so I added cocao for that chocolate flavor and for added nutrients like antioxidants and magnesium.

I choose a Detoxified Lifestyle which means my diet is free of gluten, soy, dairy and gmo’s.  That doesn’t mean you should, this is the choice I’ve made through the research I’ve done all documented in Detoxify Yourself.  If you’re concerned about any of these ‘foods’ I suggest you do your own research so you have a better understanding of what different ‘substances’ do to your body.  My point with my ‘diet’ choice is that it can be difficult to find whole foods that are free of everything listed above, which is why this makes one of my meals an easy choice for a complete meal in seconds.
