Joelle’s Pumpkin Spice “Latte”

Joelle’s Pumpkin Spice “Latte” is as follows…..
2 Cups Almond Milk
2 Bananas
1 can Organic Pumpkin Puree or fresh pumpkin equivalent
1/2 cup rolled oats (optional)  or  Could substitute with cashews
2 tbsps fresh Ginger
2-3 tsps cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tsp Vanilla
Joelle's Pumpkin Spice Latte
If you feel you would like it sweeter, add some pitted majool dates to taste.
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix blender and blend until smooth and warm!   Top with Coconut Whip Cream or Greek Yogurt if you eat diary and a little dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg,  YUM!:)

The above recipe was put together by Joelle who took it upon herself to experiment with Complete Truth Protein. As you can tell she’s incredibly gifted to come up with such a wonderful creation and generous as well to share her recipe with us.
